Bryan Sapot to Present @ Epicor Perspectives

Our president Bryan Sapot will be presenting at Epicor Perspectives User Conference, October 10 – 13 in Orlando. He will discuss why we chose Epicor CRM, other than the obvious reason that we are an Epicor partner. The issues we encountered using the product and customizing it for our needs. The successes and failures after the implementation and our plans for the future.

The presentation will focus on how we use CRM for our outbound calling programs and how managers and business development reps. use the system on a daily basis.

Hopefully, attendees will take away some ideas on how they can use Epicor’s tools to customize CRM and more fully use CRM in their businesses.
